Registration is not necessary for making purchases on eleete-jewellery.com. However, we suggest you create an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
How can I place an order online?
To browse our catalogue, select a category from the navigation menu or discover our selections on the Home Page. To find something more specific, use the filters or search option on our website.
Item Search:
On each product page, you will find all available sizes and colours, as well as a description and the composition of the item. Click on the product image to zoom in and see all of the details.
Product Information:
1. On the Product Page, select your desired size (if applicable; if not, skip to Step 2).
2. Add the product to your Shopping Bag
3. When you have concluded your shopping and added all your desired creations to your cart, click "Shopping Bag".
4. Enter your shipping details
5. Select and fill in your payment method
6. Check that the information you entered is correct and click "Place order".
Shortly after, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as the order is shipped, we will notify you with a shipping confirmation email.
How to order:
eleete-jewellery.com accepts the following Apple Pay®, MasterCard®, Visa®. We do not accept cheques and money orders.
What payment methods are available on the website?
As soon as you place your order online, payment authorization will be requested automatically to verify credit card validity and availability of funds. The card is not charged at this time: the actual payment occurs when the order is shipped, at which point you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
When will my credit card be charged?
All El’eeté creations purchased online are artfully hand-wrapped and delivered in an elegant signature box. A true design masterpiece for unique pieces.
What packaging will my order come in?
All El’eeté orders have the option to include a gift message on a signature El’eeté card, which will be enclosed in an envelope and sent along with the purchased items. This option will be available to you during checkout.
Can I include a personalised gift message with my order?
It is not possible to choose a specific date and hour. You can try to contact the courier directly to organize a possible delivery date.
Can I choose a delivery date/hour?
Some products are not readily available for online purchase. You can buy these products by contacting the Customer Service team here.
What if I cannot see the price on the website?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that belongs to one of our new or limited edition collections that has not yet been released. This means that the item can be previewed and purchased, even if it is not yet available in stock. Shipping times may vary. Pre-orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions.
